Who is to blame?What awaits New Orleans?

After the Hurricane Katrina, it’s like the people have lost their limbs and strengths. People are hopeless and desperate of rebuilding their homes, properties and the nation as well. They believe that it will take a long time to repair all the damages the hurricane has caused.

This is the greatest challenge to hit New Orleans. Their homes have been in total wreck, the streets nearly dropped down, the buildings that stood were demolished. This brings them a lot of discomfort. Surely reparation will take a long time, even the chance for a fruitful future is hard to determine.

This incident is very hard to deal with. New born babies were taken away form their mothers while in the hospital. Poor babies, they were too young to have experienced such unlucky events. At least the babies in the hospital were saved and brought to a safer place. They may be innocent to this incident because as they grow up, probably New Orleans has already regained its structure but the marks of the suffering will be left in disguise. This will leave the country a mark that will round the foot of history. New Orleans may recuperate pretty well enough but the people won’t.

Katrina left people empty handed much worse a decline in the economical features. Gasoline prices have gone extremely high because of the shortage they are experiencing now. All lines are busy in the moment so they have no chance to recovering it and chances are very rare.

Most oil companies have taken advantage of this incident so they have increased the rates which are not good for consumption. Especially now that the people as well as the nation is sinking, how well and what more could they do? This held up has gone far enough and not helping the people. It’s like they have been stuck into a situation that is hard to recover and relive. The people from New Orleans just feel so bad they are losing all their hopes.

The British government has extended their help through relief and ready-to-eat packed meals. They have sent two planes carrying out food which will provide the evacuees for two days. They are sending out more planes in the coming days bringing more food. How could the richest country need help? It is in these times that the people from New Orleans need our help and alliance.
